Why Can't I see Click & Collect as a shipping option?
Click & Collect isn’t available if multiple items are ordered and those items are located across different locations.
Why Can't I Click & Collect to my store?
Some items are only available at some stores and as such Click & Collect will only be an option for these locations.
Where's Click & Collect available?
Click & Collect is available at all Rivalry Urbanwear stores, however may vary with the availability of stock.
How quickly can I collect my order after buying it online?
Orders placed before 4pm will typically be available for pick-up within 30 minutes.
Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day. You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection.
How will I know my order was successful?
After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation and payment receipt via email.
Where do I collect my item from in-store?
All Click & Collect orders are available for pickup at the front counter of the selected store.
Can I inspect an item from in-store before taking it home?
You’re welcome to inspect and try on any purchase made through Click & Collect. Our standard exchange and refund policies also apply to Click & Collect purchases.
What if I change my mind after paying for my item?
If you’d like to cancel an order after it’s been placed, please contact Rivalry Customer Service on 08 7320 3232 weekdays between 9am and 5pm. Alternatively email us at customerservice@rivalry.com.au
